Welcome to VIP Access Vallarta, your online platform for booking tourist services. Given the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented these special terms and conditions to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and collaborators. By using our services, you agree to these additional terms and conditions.
1. Client’s Responsibility:
To. Health Information: By making a reservation, the customer confirms that neither he nor his companions have symptoms of COVID-19 and that they have not been in contact with infected people in the last two weeks.
b. Compliance with Protocols: Clients must follow and comply with all safety measures and protocols established by local and national authorities, as well as by tourism service providers.
2. Changes and Cancellations:
To. Flexibility: VIP Access Vallarta understands the current situation and offers flexibility in changes and cancellations due to circumstances related to the pandemic, always subject to the policy of each service provider.
b. Early Notice: Customers must notify VIP Access Vallarta as far in advance as possible of any changes or cancellations.
3. Security Measures:
To. Masks: Masks are required in all interactions with our staff and service providers, per public health guidelines.

a. Risk Assumed: The client acknowledges and agrees that, despite the precautions taken, there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 when participating in tourist activities and releases VIP Access Vallarta from any associated liability.
